Delivery is from the United Kingdom and is included free of charge with all purchased prints only.
Kindly allow for 15 – 20 working days for order fulfillment and one week delivery.
Orders from within and out of the UK will be delivered via a courier company.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.
All prints will be securely delivered in hard tubing or parcels.
Please note that for any special requests such as framed or mounted prints, this will have to be calculated per specification and will be at an additional cost.
Additionally, kindly note that depending on your country, additional duties and taxes might be applied on arrival. This cost is not included in our price and for your account. So please factor this in when placing an order.
If your print has arrived damaged (and that you can show that it was damaged before arrival) we will replace it on receipt of the damaged print back to us.
If you accidentally damage your print after delivery (see above) we will offer a replacement at a significantly reduced cost.
All damaged items must be reported to us in writing within 24 hours after delivery with the necessary images of the items including all packaging.
We do not offer an exchange policy as all orders are made to order.
To arrange a return please email us at customercare@kdwildlife.com and we provide you with further return details.
Once your item has been received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
The only discount applicable to goods on sale is the sale discount. Trade discounts, first time purchases discounts, and/or any other discounts do not apply to goods on sale. The individual product on sale will display the sale discount on the website and the discount will be calculated and deducted on checkout.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
